MAINTENANCE IN OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS (MOC)

Keyneosoft corrects your anomalies and ensures the Maintenance in Operational Conditions of your application solution.

  • Identifying the anomaly
  • Analysing the anomaly: impact assessment, estimate of the costs and time frames for implementation
  • Executing a workaround for the anomalies where possible
  • Correcting and testing code
  • Implementing integration and non-regression tests
  • Delivering the correction in an acceptance testing environment
  • Managing open anomalies and tracking support tickets up to closure

 

THIRD PARTY APPLICATION MAINTENANCE (TPAM)

Under Third Party Application Maintenance, a team designed to FTE (Full Time Equivalents) is provided to deliver the MOC and minor changes.

This collaborative approach is particularly suitable for solutions requiring changes on a regular basis, and with a quick turnaround.

 

SERVICE CENTRE (SC)

Under the Service Centre approach, a team designed to FTE (Full Time Equivalents) is provided to deliver the MOC, minor developments and major releases. Unlike the TPAM, this form of collaboration requires a team whose numbers vary over time so that the project mode and the maintenance mode can be optimally managed and aligned.
